Q: Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?A: A light vacuum in the traffic area is recomended but not required. Also, the equipment is vacuming the entire time we are cleaning.

Q: What method do you use for cleaning?A: The method we use for cleaning is a hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning. ALL IN ONE exclusive hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot water and steam formulated cleaning solution are applied to the carpet fibers. Then a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, and dirt solution and 90% of most stains. Its a cleaning method most recommended by manufactures.

Q: What do you consider as an area?A: Typically, an area is a room up to (180) square feet. Living room/dining room combos area considered two areas. Any area over 400 square feet is priced for two rooms. Non-standard areas( baths,halls,landing,walk-in closets,etc) are priced seperately from the standard areas, usually at a lesser price.

Q: How long will it take to get my carpet cleaned?A: Usually on average it will take approximately 25 minutes per room. This time can vary depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

Q: How long will it take for my carpet to dry?A: Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature, and air flow to the area. It can take anywhere between 8 to 24 hours for the carpet to completly dry depending on the variables. Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year can help accelerate drying time. Make sure to leave the protective blocks under furniture legs until completely dry to avoide any color transfer.
